Offers and Proposals are time-sensitive. When their response window ends, the current negotiation is no longer available for a new response.
What you can do
Review the object in My Offers or My Proposals for its recorded outcome and any available next step. If the related Listing or Wanted Request remains available, a new eligible interaction may be possible later.
Use the displayed deadline, not a notification timestamp, to decide whether an action is still available.
