What is a Proposal?
A Proposal is a Dealer Partner response to a Private Client’s Wanted Request.

Short answer
A Proposal presents an eligible Dealer Inventory vehicle to a Private Client who created a Wanted Request. It is not the same as an Offer, which belongs to a Listing.
How it works
The Private Client can review the proposed vehicle and the current price, then take an available response action. A Counter Offer continues the negotiation at a new price.
If the current Proposal is accepted and the required transaction commitment is successfully processed, RSRV opens a Deal.
