Use a Listing for a vehicle already on RSRV; use a Wanted Request when you need one sourced.

Short answer
Choose a Listing when you found a vehicle you want to pursue, or when you are presenting a vehicle. Choose a Wanted Request when you want Dealer Partners to help source a vehicle that matches your requirements.
How it works
Offers belong to Listings. Proposals belong to Wanted Requests. Both can lead to a Deal when the current negotiated price is accepted and the required transaction commitment is processed successfully.
A Listing condition filter describes the factual condition of a vehicle. On a Wanted Request, your selected condition is the minimum you will accept, so a higher-quality vehicle can still qualify.
