How to request Deal cancellation
Either eligible participant can ask RSRV to review cancellation of an active Deal.

How to request it
Open the Deal Room and choose the cancellation option if it is available. Explain the circumstances accurately so RSRV can review the request.
What happens next
A cancellation request does not immediately end the Deal. RSRV reviews the circumstances and confirms the resulting Deal and transaction-commitment outcome. An unresolved request you made may be withdrawable where RSRV offers that option.
Do not assume a Listing can be withdrawn or a Wanted Request can be changed to cancel an active Deal.
