Requesting cancellation does not automatically cancel a Deal or determine a payment outcome. RSRV reviews the circumstances and confirms the resulting Deal and transaction-commitment outcome.
What to do
Keep an eye on the Deal Room and Payment History for the information RSRV provides. Do not assume that a cancellation automatically creates a refund, keeps a payment, or follows a fixed timeline.
