Under Transaction vs Sold or Fulfilled
Under Transaction means a Deal is open; Sold or Fulfilled is recorded only after confirmed completion.

Under Transaction
After a successful accepted negotiation opens a Deal, the related Listing or Wanted Request moves Under Transaction. This means the opportunity is being handled through its Deal process.
Sold or Fulfilled
A Listing becomes Sold, or a Wanted Request becomes Fulfilled, only when RSRV confirms the completed outcome. Opening a Deal alone does not mark the vehicle as sold or the request as fulfilled.
