The Deal Room is where the participants follow an accepted RSRV transaction through its next steps.

Short answer
A Deal Room becomes available after the current negotiated price is accepted and the required transaction commitment is successfully processed. It brings the related transaction information and available Deal actions together.
What you will see
The Deal Room shows the Deal’s progress, any actions or information RSRV needs from you, and the next available coordination step. Some Deals require Transaction Services preferences before they progress; others may show informational services only.
A Deal Room is not a signal that a vehicle is already Sold or a Wanted Request is already Fulfilled.
