Negotiations
What is a Counter Offer?
A Counter Offer proposes a new price and passes the next decision to the other participant.

Short answer
Use a Counter Offer when you want to continue negotiating at a different price. It replaces the previous current price as the response the other participant must consider.
What happens next
The other participant can accept, decline, or send another Counter Offer while the negotiation remains available. RSRV keeps the conversation organized around the current price rather than asking either participant to act on an older price.
Check the timing shown with the negotiation. A Counter Offer can be subject to the same availability rules as the flow it belongs to.
