Private Client and Dealer Partner profiles
Your active profile determines the workspace and actions available to you.

Short answer
A Private Client profile supports personal RSRV activity, including Listings, Wanted Requests, negotiations, and Deals. A Dealer Partner profile supports Dealer Inventory, Offers on Listings, Proposals for Wanted Requests, and Dealer Deal activity.
How it works
One account may have more than one profile. Use the profile switcher to choose the workspace that matches what you need to do. Your account remains the same, but the available navigation and actions change with the active profile.
A Dealer Partner profile must be approved before Dealer actions are available.
