Why can’t I perform this action with my current profile?
Some RSRV actions are available only from the profile designed for that RSRV role.

Why this happens
Private Client and Dealer Partner profiles have different responsibilities. For example, Private Clients create Wanted Requests, while Dealer Partners manage Dealer Inventory and send Proposals.
What to do
Check which profile is active, then switch if you have the appropriate profile available. If you are already using the expected profile, the item may no longer be eligible for that action or your profile may still be pending approval.
Do not try to work around an unavailable action by using another participant’s item. Contact RSRV if the message does not explain your next step.
