Your active profile is the workspace context shown in RSRV navigation.

Check your workspace
Your workspace navigation reflects the profile currently active on your account. Private Client and Dealer Partner workspaces show different tools because they support different RSRV roles.
If something looks unfamiliar
Look for the profile switcher in your account or workspace controls, then confirm whether you are acting as a Private Client or a Dealer Partner. Switch before beginning an action so the right tools are available.
Your account is not changed by switching. You are simply choosing the context for your current work.
