Payment statuses and receipts
Payment History shows the current status of each payment and any receipt RSRV makes available.
Last reviewed
Check the payment record
Open Payments, then select the relevant record to review its displayed status and details. A status describes the current information RSRV can show for that payment; it is not a general notification or a replacement for Deal progress.
Receipts
When a receipt is available, open the payment details to view it. Keep the payment record available if you contact RSRV about the transaction.
If a payment does not succeed, follow the guidance shown in the product before trying again.
