Manage saved cards in Account → Payment Methods, not in Payment History.

Where to go
Open Account, then Payment Methods to add, remove, or manage the card details RSRV makes available for your account. You can also choose a default payment method where that option is shown.
Keep this separate from Payments
The workspace Payments area is for payment history, details, statuses, and receipts. It is not the place to add a card.
Use only payment methods you are authorized to manage and keep your account access secure.
