Switch to the profile that matches the action you need to take, then return to the item.

How to recover
Use the profile switcher in your account or workspace controls and choose your Private Client or Dealer Partner profile. RSRV updates the available navigation and actions for that workspace.
Choose the right context
Private Client activity includes personal Listings, Wanted Requests, and their related responses. Dealer Partner activity includes Dealer Inventory, Offers, and Proposals.
If the correct profile is unavailable, it may be pending approval or need RSRV assistance.
