Start with the Deal Room
Open the relevant Deal before taking action. It brings together the current Deal information, any guidance RSRV has for you, and the next available step for that transaction. A general Help Center article cannot determine what applies to a particular Deal.
Read the current status carefully
An active Deal does not by itself mean the related Listing is Sold or the Wanted Request is Fulfilled. Those outcomes are recorded only after RSRV confirms completion. If the Deal is paused or a cancellation is being reviewed, follow the guidance shown in the Deal Room.
