How RSRV Works

How RSRV guides an opportunity

RSRV gives each stage of a vehicle opportunity a clear place: Listing or Wanted Request, negotiation, then Deal.

Short answer

RSRV helps Private Clients and Dealer Partners move a specific vehicle opportunity through a structured RSRV process. A Listing presents a vehicle. A Wanted Request describes the vehicle a Private Client wants to source. Offers and Proposals are the negotiation paths that can lead to a Deal.

Use the right object

Use a Listing to present or explore a vehicle already on RSRV. Use a Wanted Request when a Private Client wants Dealer Partners to respond to defined requirements. An Offer belongs to a Listing; a Proposal belongs to a Wanted Request.

When a Deal opens

When the current negotiated price is accepted and the required transaction commitment succeeds, RSRV opens a Deal. The Deal Room is the source of guidance for the current transaction step. Opening a Deal does not by itself mean that a Listing is Sold or a Wanted Request is Fulfilled.
