Use a known RSRV page
Start from RSRV navigation when you need to manage your account, payment methods, or an active Deal. Review the Listing, Wanted Request, Offer, Proposal, or Deal directly in your workspace rather than relying on an unexpected message to explain the current status.
Keep sensitive information private
Do not send a full payment card number, bank details, password, or one-time verification code in a Help Center support message. Use Account → Payment Methods for the payment options RSRV makes available.
If something does not look right
Open the related item in RSRV and compare its current status and guidance. Contact RSRV with the item context if the product guidance does not resolve the issue.
